Bikes are fun!

Bikes are fun!

If this doesn't express the joy of riding a bike, I don't know what does. She was so excited to be out on this beautiful day... I only wish she had been riding a bike that fit her better. This was definitely either a loaner, a hand-me-down, or a "you'll grow into it" bike!

Cigdem's Sun Times Picture

This picture was taken during "Bike to Work Rally" at Daley plaza, in June 2003.
I got an invitation from Stan and Terry show on WCKG 105.9 Radio to talk about the bike. I asked our repto Jane to join me there. (I am glad she did. Since I am from Cleveland, I can't talk much!). We were on air for about 20 minutes on 6-6-06 promoting Cycling Sisters, CBF, The Wheelmen and Bike Summer Chicago. Also promoting the workshop Jane and I will be giving at the CBF tomorrow about Cycling in the city with kids and groceries.. -Cigdem Tunar, June 6, 2006.
